INCORE's Conflict Data Service offers an extensive Information Bank, which acts as a host to information on the various Academic Programs and Training Programs in the field, the organizations and institutes concerned with the issues relating to conflict and ethnicity, and a more General Guide to the subject. It is composed of 11 states: Angola, Burundi, Central African Republic, the DRC. Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Sudan, Tanzania and Zambia. In 2004, the headds of the members states adopted the Declaration on Peace, Security and Development in the Great Lakes region.
